Open-box Formuler boxes offer tested hardware at a lower price than many new models. An open-box unit has had its retail packaging opened. Before sale, we power it on, test the main functions, check the included components, factory reset it and repack it.
Open box is not the same as refurbished. A unit that requires repair is not represented as a normal open-box return.
What we check
- The receiver powers on and reaches the home screen.
- HDMI video output works on a television.
- Wi-Fi and Ethernet are tested when the model supports them.
- The included infrared or Bluetooth remote responds correctly.
- Previous accounts, playlists and settings are removed with a factory reset.
- The receiver, remote, power adapter, HDMI cable and other components listed on the product page are checked.

Which generation should you buy?
Choose a Z11 open-box model for MYTVOnline 3 and Gigabit Ethernet. Choose a Z10-family model when MYTVOnline 2 is sufficient and price matters most. The GTV 4K is the choice for Google Android TV. Z8, Z8 Pro and Z+ Neo are legacy models and are best for buyers who specifically understand and want the older platform.

Returns and warranty
Open-box products are covered by the store's 15-day return-request period unless a product is specifically marked Final Sale. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, complete with the packaging and included components. Warranty coverage, where applicable, is separate from the return period. Read the Return & Refund Policy and the individual product page before ordering.

Does open box mean repaired or refurbished?
No. Open box means the packaging was opened. A normal open-box unit is tested and repacked; it is not presented as a repaired product.
Does an open-box Formuler include a remote?
Yes, the remote and other included components are listed on the specific product page. The old free-accessory selections have been removed and are not part of these listings.
Can I return an open-box unit?
You may request a return within 15 days after delivery, subject to the Return & Refund Policy and the requirement that the unit be returned in the same condition with all included components.
Does the box include channels or a subscription?
No. Every Formuler box is hardware with Formuler software. You add your own lawful IPTV or streaming service.
