Dreamlinkstore.com is operated by FTA TRONIX INC. Orders are prepared and shipped from our Ottawa, Ontario location. Product prices are displayed in Canadian dollars.

Shipping destinations and rates

Available delivery services, charges and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout based on the destination, order value, parcel size and carrier availability. Qualifying orders may receive free standard or expedited shipping when the checkout conditions are met.

We ship within Canada, to the United States and to selected international destinations. Some products or destinations may be unavailable because of carrier, customs, product or service restrictions.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are processed during our normal business days. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, address corrections, customs inspections and events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking number is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment, unit, buzzer and postal or ZIP code information. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has entered processing. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.

International duties and taxes

For deliveries outside Canada, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, brokerage charges, taxes or customs fees imposed by the destination country unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Customs processing can delay delivery.

Missing or damaged parcels

If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but it cannot be located, first check the delivery area, household members, building staff and nearby neighbours, then contact the carrier. Also notify us promptly at sales@ftatronix.com so that we can review the shipment. Keep the packaging and photograph any visible damage if a parcel arrives damaged.

Returns

Do not send a product back without first contacting us. Return eligibility and shipping responsibilities are explained in our Refund Policy.
