Updated September 2026 by the Dreamlinkstore.com team in Ottawa.

If you own a Dreamlink box in Canada, this is the page we wish existed years ago: what each model was, which ones are still sold, which parts are still available, and exactly which Formuler box replaces yours when it is time to upgrade. Everything below is priced in CAD and ships from our Ottawa warehouse.

The Dreamlink lineup at a glance

Model Key specs Status in 2026 Formuler replacement
Dreamlink Dlite+ 5G Hisilicon quad-core, 1 GB RAM, 4 GB storage, built-in 5 GHz Wi-Fi, 4K output, Android 7 Discontinued. Last new units and open-box units still in stock Formuler Z mini or Z10 Neo
Dreamlink T2 5G Hisilicon, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB storage, dual-band Wi-Fi, 4K 60 fps Sold out Formuler Z11 Pro
Dreamlink T1 / T1 Plus Entry-level 4K Android box, 1 GB RAM Sold out Formuler Z10 Neo or Z mini
Dreamlink T3 2 GB RAM, 16 GB storage, dual-band Wi-Fi, Gigabit Ethernet Sold out Formuler Z11 Pro Max or Z11 Pro Max BT1

Can I keep using my Dreamlink?

Yes. Nothing about a working Dlite+, T1, T2 or T3 stops working because newer boxes exist. What usually ends a Dreamlink's life is a lost remote, a dead power adapter or a Wi-Fi radio that can no longer keep up with a 4K stream. All three are fixable from our Dreamlink replacements collection:

When it is time to upgrade: what changes on a Formuler

Formuler and Dreamlink grew from the same MYTVOnline software family, so moving between them is the least painful upgrade in this category. The channel list, EPG, groups and favourites work the way you expect. What you gain on a current Formuler is hardware: a Realtek processor instead of the old Hisilicon chip, 2 to 4 GB of RAM instead of 1 GB, 4K HDR10+ output, Bluetooth remotes, and on the Z11 and Z12 lines, Gigabit Ethernet and Wi-Fi 6 or 6E. The service you subscribe to stays the same; you enter the same details on the new box.

Dreamlink FAQ

Is Dreamlink still making new boxes?

The Dlite+ 5G is the last Dreamlink model we stock and it is now remaining stock only. The T1, T2 and T3 are sold out. Dreamlinkstore.com continues to carry Dreamlink replacement remotes, Wi-Fi antennas and power adapters, and the Formuler boxes that replace each Dreamlink model.

Can I keep using my Dreamlink box?

Yes. A working Dlite+, T1, T2 or T3 keeps working with the services you subscribe to. When a remote or power adapter dies, the original replacement parts are in stock in Ottawa and ship across Canada in CAD.

Which Formuler box replaces a Dreamlink Dlite+?

The Formuler Z mini (Android 12, 2 GB RAM, 8 GB storage, dual-band Wi-Fi 5, HDR10+) is the closest modern equivalent. On a tighter budget the Formuler Z10 Neo (2 GB RAM, 4 GB storage) is the lowest-cost option, but it is 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only.

Which Formuler box replaces a Dreamlink T2 or T3?

The Formuler Z11 Pro (Android 11, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB storage, dual-band Wi-Fi 5, Gigabit Ethernet). If you want more headroom, the Z11 Pro Max BT1 Edition doubles the memory to 4 GB and 32 GB and adds Wi-Fi 6 and a Bluetooth voice remote.

Do Formuler boxes run the same app as Dreamlink?

Formuler and Dreamlink share the same MYTVOnline software lineage, so the channel list, EPG and favourites layout feel familiar. Current Formuler boxes run MYTVOnline 3, and the new Z12 Ultra SE and Z12 Pro run MYTVOnline 4.

Can I use a Formuler remote with a Dreamlink box?

The Formuler and Dreamlink programmable learning remote works with both brands, and the original Dreamlink replacement remote covers the Dlite+, T1 and T2. Bluetooth voice remotes such as the BT1 and BT3 are for Formuler boxes only.
