Terms of service

This website is operated by FTA TRONIX INC. under the name Dreamlinkstore.com. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to FTA TRONIX INC. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies referenced on the site.

Eligibility and lawful use

You must be the age of majority in your province, state or country, or use the site with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the site, products or services for an unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purpose, interfere with the site or introduce malicious code.

Products and services

We sell electronic hardware and accessories. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, a Formuler or Dreamlink device does not include television channels, an IPTV account or a streaming subscription. Customers are responsible for selecting and using lawful third-party services and for complying with their terms.

We try to present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, compatibility and availability accurately. Manufacturers may change packaging or minor specifications. Screen appearance and colour can vary by device. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities or discontinue a product without prior notice.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices on Dreamlinkstore.com are displayed in Canadian dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other amounts are shown at checkout. Prices and promotions may change without notice. Payment is subject to authorization and fraud review by the applicable payment provider.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order; it does not require us to accept or fulfill an order that contains an obvious pricing error, cannot be verified, is suspected of fraud, violates a purchase limit or cannot be supplied. If we cancel an order after payment, we will return the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Shipping, returns and warranties

Our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and any product-specific warranty terms form part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs and events outside our reasonable control. Manufacturer warranty coverage is separate from the 15-day return period.

Accounts and information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for providing current, complete and accurate ordering and contact information. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized account use.

Intellectual property

The site content, including text, layout, graphics, photographs, logos and other materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping and information. You may not reproduce, scrape, republish, sell or commercially exploit site content without permission from the applicable rights holder.

Third-party services and links

The site may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, carriers, manufacturers, applications and external websites. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services that are outside our control.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right, warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Governing law

These terms and any dispute relating to the site or an order are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without limiting any mandatory consumer right that applies in the customer’s jurisdiction.
