Return & Refund Policy

15-day return policy

You may request a return within 15 calendar days after your order is delivered. Before sending an item back, contact FTA TRONIX INC. at sales@ftatronix.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before shipping anything.

Return eligibility

  • New products must be unused, uninstalled and in the same condition in which they were received.
  • The original packaging, manuals, cables, remote controls, power adapters and all other included accessories must be returned.
  • Open-box products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, complete with all included components.
  • A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

Sale-priced products remain eligible for this 15-day return policy unless the product page clearly identifies the item as Final Sale.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, downloadable or activated digital products, products specifically marked Final Sale, and items that are damaged, altered, incomplete, account-locked or missing serial-number labels for reasons not caused by us cannot be returned.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly, preferably within 48 hours, if the item is damaged in transit, defective on arrival or different from what you ordered. Include photos or video when possible. If we confirm that the problem was caused by us or occurred during delivery, we will provide the appropriate replacement, return instructions or refund and cover the reasonable return-shipping cost.

Change-of-mind returns

For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from our error or a confirmed defect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service because the customer remains responsible for the parcel until it is received by us.

Refunds

After the return arrives, we will inspect it and notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within five business days after approval. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact us before returning the original item so that we can confirm the replacement option.

Manufacturer warranty

A product warranty is separate from this 15-day return policy. After the return period, an eligible defect may be handled under the applicable manufacturer warranty. Contact us with the order number and product serial number for assistance.
